I’ve worked with other realtors in the past but Katie has by far been the best realtor. She was very attentive to my needs and wants in a home and was very patient with me. We saw dozens of homes and as I was becoming discouraged she would encourage me to not give up. She was never pushy making me feel like my purchase was important and not just a sell to her. Since the market is so tight she always alerted me of homes that were new on the market or hadn’t been listed. After several months of house hunting I found my dream home. She made sure that all the paperwork was properly filled out and the sellers took care of their end. She basically did all the work allowing me to focus on finding the perfect home for me and my family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is purchasing a home.
